We had a great family trip to Hyde Park, just a 20-minute walk away. The room was spacious enough for our large family, and we loved that we could bring our pets along. The staff were also accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleaning could be improved. We'd love more soundproofing for the rooms to keep the kids from waking each other up.

Location near Earls Court provides easy access to public transport. Room size decent for the price, with a clean and comfortable bed making for a decent night’s sleep.
Shared bathrooms located off the second floor can be inconvenient, requiring extra walking to reach. Some areas show signs of wear—like the shower head needing attention due to inconsistent water flow and a blocked drain. Minimal breakfast options may not satisfy those craving a hearty meal, but nearby pubs offer better selections. a few quirks might bother picky travelers while others may find it just fine for a city break.

The room was clean and cozy with bright windows. It felt comfortable and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. The bed was really comfy, no noise from outside, perfect for a good night's sleep. the shared bathroom cleanliness was a letdown. it could definitely use some attention. There was a slight mold issue in the shared spaces too, which was a bit concerning.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Stamford Bridge and enjoyed a lovely walk in Hyde Park—just a 20-minute stroll away. The room was cozy, and having a kettle for coffee was a nice touch. it was a solid spot for a group getaway!
One thing we encountered was the bathroom. it was clear it hadn't been updated in a long time, and the dispensers were empty when we checked in. Not a great start.

Conveniently located near Earl's Court tube station, making it easy to navigate through the city. The neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants and shops right at your doorstep, which is a distinct advantage for travelers looking for quick bites or last-minute essentials.
The room had several issues that made it less than ideal. The shower had very poor water flow, making for rather inadequate rinsing, and there was no plug in the wash basin, complicating simple tasks like wet shaving. The mattress needed replacing, showing significant wear that affected comfort. the steep, narrow staircase between the second and third floors could be a challenge for anyone with luggage. Lastly, the mirror over the wash basin was positioned too low for convenience.
