This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. I remember how the staff helped me find a lost jewel during my first stay. I highly recommend staying here. I'll be back for Easter!

Very clean, pleasant room.

We had a great family trip to Hyde Park, just a 20-minute walk away. The room was spacious enough for our large family, and we loved that we could bring our pets along. The staff were also accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleaning could be improved. We'd love more soundproofing for the rooms to keep the kids from waking each other up.

Location near Earls Court provides easy access to public transport. Room size decent for the price, with a clean and comfortable bed making for a decent night’s sleep.

I truly enjoyed how easy it was to walk over to Hyde Park for a relaxing afternoon and loved exploring the vibrant Earls Court area, where I found delicious food options just a few steps away, making it a perfect base for my city adventures.

One thing we encountered was the bathroom. it was clear it hadn't been updated in a long time, and the dispensers were empty when we checked in. Not a great start.

The shower had very poor water flow, making for rather inadequate rinsing, and there was no plug in the wash basin, complicating simple tasks like wet shaving. The mattress needed replacing, showing significant wear that affected comfort. the steep, narrow staircase between the second and third floors could be a challenge for anyone with luggage. Lastly, the mirror over the wash basin was positioned too low for convenience.

The third-floor room was clean and cozy. The shared bathroom had no foul odors!
