The hotel has a great location; super close to Earl's Court metro station and pubs, restaurants and shops close by, while the hotel itself is in a quiet street. Hotel itself is nothing fancy but good beds, hot showers, and it was tidy. Very good combination of location, rating, and price.
Helpful staff, the bed was more comfortable than I expected. A good shower.
The room was small, dated and shabby. I have stayed in far better hostels.
very good location, clean rooms
breakfast always the same, if you pay with credit card it costs 4% more! the shower in the room is very small, and not modern
Location is great!
Very unkept! Carpets frayed from walls. The walls were dirty and haven't seen a paint brush in years! Literally, my room was a "a bathroom with a bed in it!" 6 flights of stairs to my room and the stairway gets narrower and narrower as you get to the top till you are literally climbing up on hands and legs!
I liked its location and the size of the room. The bathroom vas ok as well.
Thre wasnt any body wash or other bathroom stuff. We went out and we arrive late at night and we had to wate and ring lots of times because the staff was sleeping in reception.
Hotel was well-placed, well priced and the staff were friendly. Right next to Earl's Court tube station and the on-site parking was priced fairly for the area. Room was fairly-sized with clean linen, also a TV in the room which we were not expecting. Pillows were quite thin but staff cheerfully supplied us with extra when we requested. We paid £60 for the room, which was a fair price to pay for such a central location.
We were on the ground floor and the showers were in the basement, and the toilet was on the first floor. This meant that if you went to the toilet you would have to go down two flights of stairs to wash your hands, which obviously isn't too hygeinic. Room above us had a creaky floor which was a little bit distracting. Minor gripes.
Hotel was ok however there was no lift. I was'nt expecting 5 star. the room was clean and again ok for the price
It's close to Tube, just only 5 mins walk
poor staff, poor and small room, noisy ( because it's near the airport ), no elevator with high ladder ...
I wanted a budget hotel and I got a good budget hotel. Fully satisfactorily if you just want, like me, a place to sleep and take a shower. Everything was functioning: warm & cold water, hairdryer, tv (only 4 boring channels though). Nice staff, good and quiet location very close to the tube station Earl's Court and to a row of little shops, groceries and cheap restaurants.
Like many other guests: the very poor breakfast (just corn flakes, jam and toasts with coffee/tea and orange juice). Some cold cuts and cheese would have been nice and no luxury.
After reading some of the reviews on here I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is off the main street so pretty quiet. The room was fine and the location is ideal. What do some people expect from a budget hotel in London?
Clean, easy to find, reasonably priced. A good, budget hotel near Earls Court tube. Would recommend.
My room was very clean, and so were the shared bethroom and toilets.
The breakfast was minimal ; bedrooms are not well sound-proofed.
Beds were firm, very clean and tidy, plenty of hangers, large bathroom. Friendly Reception staff and close to Earls Court Tube Station.
Breakfast staff did not speak English and were not very friendly.
Great Location 4 minute walk from Earls Court Tube Station. Local Shops at the top of the road. Best to ask reception to ring for a taxi as hard to catch one down.
Stayed in the triple room with ensuite, didnt start well since the reception spoke little English and gave us wrong directions to room. Inside the room, wasnt clean, walls were stained and rubbish still in there from previous stay. Very small tv which was on the way out. One extra blanket and only one extra pillow available. Bathroom was clean but no small shower gels, shampoo etc, plastic beakers. No drink facilities in the room E.G. kettle / tea or coffee. If you are after a very budget hotel this is the one. Breakfast - choice of 4 cereals and toast. Orange juice or milk in large jugs with plastic beakers.
The close proximity to the tube.
It was not the cleanest hotel - in that it could do with deeper cleans more frequently.
